	In Home Consultation Once you have contacted Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation, Inc. for a free in home estimate, one of our talented and trained personnel will visit with you to take accurate measurements, draw initial design layouts, and discuss what your home renovation vision is. Further renovation and remodeling processes will also be discussed in detail.
	Project Design and Planning A set of conceptual to scale plans are created to highlight the changes that will take place in your home renovation project. Once detailed, placement of accessories and personal touches can take place. One our our skilled designers will assist you in this process to ensure the best possible results.
	Select Products Your assigned estimate designer will personally guide you through products, colors, and any custom requirements per the scope of your home renovation floor plan. Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation, Inc. staff will take the extra steps necessary to ensure that all price points are accurate and within budget.
	Permits and Home Owners Association Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation, Inc. office management will handle all permits for your project through your local town and county municipalities. If Home Owners Associations need to be notified, your project manager will provide you with the necessary information to receive that approval.
	Supervised Construction Every project has an assigned project manager to oversee the complete project life-cycle. Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation, Inc. project managers are dedicated to ensuring that each project meets all time constraints, the renovation project arrives complete on budget, and during weekly project meetings all of your questions and concerns are addressed.
	Warranty and Maintenance We provide a limited 5-year warranty on all Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation, Inc. projects. Atlantic Deck and Home Renovation, Inc. stands behind our quality workmanship and custom details on each and every project. We will follow up with a brief client satisfaction survey so you can tell us about your experience.
